Alex Cromwell recently co-authored an article published in Action Research titled "Deconstructing positionality in conflict resolution: Reflections from first-person action research in Pakistan and the South Caucasus." In the article, Dr. Cromwell reflected on his work on encounter programs with Pakistani youth. His co-author, Margarita Tadevosyan (George Mason University) explored her peace-building work in the South Caucasus. They extracted the lessons learned across these case studies for conflict resolution practice across enemy groups.
