The Federal Research Program of the Library of Congress publishes
country studies and country profiles. You can download their
Pakistan country profile (2005), which provides basic information
on the historical, social, religious, political and economic

The SAARC is supported by the heads of state of the 7 countries

collaborations, positive relationships and understanding among
the member countries, which have deep historical and cultural
